1. Watch the video on photo ideas trending on Tiktok. Please do not try the glass breaking hack at  school, but feel free to try some of the other hacks, especially the ones with paper.

2. Review all of the assignments that students need to work on this week from the post published Oct. 16. The 3 assignments due this week include: The Interview, School Supplies and Pet Poster.

3. Students can have time to go out and shoot photos. Many should be trying to get into other classes to get their Yearbook Photos done or their interviews. Students should return no later than 10:30 since time needs to be taken to work on uploading and editing. All cameras should be signed out in the book and checked off when returned.

4. If time and only if you are done all of your other work, go onto Instagram and see if you can find a company or fashion blogger you like and take a look at their photos, be able to discuss their vibe or style. We will all spend some time doing this assignment next class.

4. Angles/Viewpoint: 5 shots on Flickr (10 marks)

5. Circles Squared 5 photos on Flickr and in folder (10 marks)

6. Yearbook shots 20 in folder if you are working in partners each person should take 10 shots and together each person puts all 20 on their Flickr account (20 marks)

7. Pet Poster: in folder on M Drive (10 marks) Due Fri Oct 23

8. Interview: handed in and in folder with the photos (10 marks) Due Fri Oct 23

9. School supplies 10 shots on Flickr and in folder (20 marks) Due Fri Oct 23

10. Fall shots 5 shots on Flickr (10 marks)

11. Colours 5 shots on Flickr and in folder (10 marks)

12. Pet shots 5 shots one of you with your pet in folder and on Flickr (10 marks)

13. Slideshow 25 shots set to music: 10 shots can be from ones taken in class or before this class, to be presented Mon. November 9 (35 marks)

END OF TERM ALL WORK DUE: FRI NOV 13

 New Photo Assignment: 5 Fall Shots. Go out and using your knowledge of composition and shooting different angles, take 5 shots that depicts fall. (10 marks)

New Assignment: Colours: Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, White, Black. ( Colours can be substituted).You are to take photos of objects which predominately show each of these colours. Use your knowledge of shooting from different angles and what you know of composition. Get Creative, do not choose the most obvious things like paint, crayons etc. I would prefer close up shots of these things. Maybe see if you can create a photo with all of the colours(10 marks)
